Purchased for an elderly parent who needs help standing. She is 54 and loves the recline feature and foot rest. She says it is very comfortable and enjoys resting while watching tv. She didnt care how much it cost because it was worth it in comfort. It is a very nice looking chair in the chocolate brown leather and is very quite when motors are operating. Even the massage is fairly quite, only slightly audible. She is not a fan of the heat feature yet, but I think this will be a hit this Winter to take the chill off. Im happy with my purchase
