Overall I was very pleased of the service of the seller, in spite of the challenging conditions of the Holiday rush and Covid 19 Issues. They kept me informed of the status of the delivery and offered me a refund if I couldnt wait for the extended delivery date. The chair was exactly what my father in law needed. Very smooth and quite operation. The only negative issue was with FED EX dropping the chair at the end of there driveway and not notifying my in/laws. This could have been Covid related. Overall would definitely recommend this chair So far meets my expectations
