I bought two chairs. One was good and the other had a defective run in the cloth material. When I requested a refund, the seller asked for photos. After replying with proof, the seller went silent. Luckily is helping me. but beware of quality of material. Really hard to keep a new chair that arrived defective in the most visible place. Dont buy this product
