I loved the style of the couch and that it was reversible and had the pull out piece and storage in the chaise. The material is soft. You could always feel the bars through the cushions but it was comable enough. I loved my couch but was shocked when it broke in 6 months. I dont know what else to say other than I am extremely disappointed. very pleasantly surprised
