The headboard is short; simply putting pillows vertically will cover it. If I sit and lean My head to the back, I will touch the wall. I wish the headside board was a little higher so that the design shows when I made the bed. The drawers are plastic from the inside so I cant store thick blankets or towels, only light items. The base is cool though coz its fixed to the frame unlike the IKEA base which moves around when u sit on the bed (annoying). Over all its just ok product. I am not sad or happy with my purchase. Seems A little expensive after seeing the materials used. Pretty disappointing purchase for the price.
