This is a beautiful Gazebo. VERY sturdy and well engineered. Shipped well, was packed at factory very securely. Holes lined up well and panels fit well.
But the assembly is incredibly labor intensive for this size Gazebo. The instructions have no words, only diagrams. It takes a while to understand several of the steps and you will absolutely need more than one person, at times more than two.
Tip 1, near the end, you needed to install all of the D channels BEFORE the roof panels. Tip 2, have a couple of ten penny nails available to hold roof panels in place after they are lined up so bolts can be inserted more easily. Tip 3, use tape to secure channel brackets on roof panels or they will just keep sliding off as you try to get the roof panels in place.
