Bed is sturdy, made of solid wood, was easy to assemble, I did most of it by myself and my husband assisted toward the end. Bef has a kind of coral hue to the pastel pink. My toddler girls love their beds. Forgive my photos, they were taken by a 5 year old bc I didnt feel like going upstairs to take pics myself. It looks nice
