Came quickly and nothing was missing. Very detailed instructions made it a breeze to put together by myself. The only thing I dont care for is that the openings on either end are too large and the mattress will slip right out. They include sticky tape on some of the slats, but it really doesnt help much. It is definitely way more sturdy than any other day bed Ive ever had in my lifetime.
