This is exactly what I needed and perfect for this space. I needed a guest room that can be functional when I do not have guests, too. This set up was easy enough for all the pieces. If you follow the directions in order and without too much distraction, it was straight forward. It came with all the correct pieces (and some to spare) and tools for assembly. The pieces were marked with stickers that easily were removed after assembly. The top bed I put a 10 mattress on, and the bottom one I put an 8 with plenty of room. The trundle moves easily on the carpeted surface to put away without much effort. I wanted something that was simple and durable for guest use. This fit that bill.
