I rated this a 4 cause its a great product and I also bought the assembly. Since I saw so many reviews on how long it took. The negative thing that I only have to say about this is that the package was delivered and there was a ratchet part missing. they gave me 2 right ones. So for that I was unable to use the bed for 4 days. I called customer service and they were at 1st ok to send me out another bed and to take the parts out of that. The bad thing about customer service was that I was constantly lied to about the package being shipped.

I got the parts.now just waiting on assembly company to finish the job and hopefully I can enjoy the product So far meets my expectations
