    Customer Experience

    This vendor has been a very disappointing. This order was placed on August 28, 2012, the bed was delivered with missing parts (2 legs and post rails). I am still waiting for them, whats more they have not even shipped the parts yet. I call them at least once a week, they are not able to tell me when they will be sending them to me. I am not able to return items because packaging was torn while opening. This is a deeply frustrating situation . they almost seem annoyed by my calls. Stay away from Dorel Home Products.
