The product is smaller than picture,yet work well in my daughters apartment. As for comfort and sturdiness, if you are rough on furniture,or on the heavier side, this may not be the furniture for you, especially for the price. That being said, their customer service was wonderful when we had a delivery problem with Fedex. They kept n=in contact with me and offered to help resove the proble in a speedy manner. While I am not sure I would purchase this particular piece of furniture again, I would definately purchase from this company. Lovely for the price
