INSTRUCTIONS: screw leg pegs into armrests first; slide armrests bottom/up into the 3 metal slots on each end into the main couch; attach embellishments into each side of backrest bottom/up into the metal slots; attach completed backrest (with embellishments already attached) into armrest slots. Velcro underside overlay fabric into place.
Another reviewer had made a video review, where he said he couldnt figure out how to put the embellishments on to the backrest slots. well, thats because he tried to do those attachments last, and thats why he couldnt get them to go in. They slide in from the bottom/up (not top/down), thats why he couldnt attach them, because he had already attached the backrest into the armrests. Just an FYI.
Budget friendly couch. Great for apartments. Were a military family, so we move a lot; which means our furniture gets disassembled and reassemble every few years. will it hold up to that kind of usage? I dont know. but most people are not in that particular situation, which means their furniture isnt likely to get disassembled; so this should be sturdy enough to last at least 10 years or so. I mean, its not heirloom furniture, so be realistic. but youll definitely get your moneys worth. FYI, it can be a hit or a miss / meaning that you can get a great one, or a mediocre one. I had to return the first one, but I felt the first one came off the assembly line better than my replacement did in terms of overall quality.
4 Stars.
