I brought this chair for my elderly mother and she loves it! The only problem we had is when we u boxed to assemble the cord for the USB Charing ports to work was missing. Ive called and left messages, emailed to see if they can just send it and weeks later, I am still trying! Other than the missing cord, the chair is perfect!! We love it
