Took forever to arrive. Then arrived in horribly damaged boxes. Kept my fingers crossed until I had time to put it together. The product was damaged too. Fabric on the side was ripped, staples hanging out, holes in the fabric. The frame holes are too big for bolt head so got stuck inside of frame with no way to remove bolt. The slat holders were in torn and poorly taped bags. Over half of them had broken prongs. I plan to return this damaged and defective item even though the boxes were damaged beyond reuse. Do not buy this item unless you want an endless headace
