I love the look of it and feel of it I had a defected one where I was cleaning it and 2 buttons came off unfortunately. I stoped cleaning it before it could get worse. I had a pleasant customer service experience through a series of emailing/which was fairly quick and they were able to help me out where I get a percentage refunded and now am planning to look up an upholstery business to fix the current ones that came off and to make sure others wont come off by securing them somehow! So to me it was a Win/Win situation for both the seller and I/ the buyer. Thank you kindly for your assistance
