I think I already have a review in on how easy this bed is to assemble it was literally the easiest thing Ive ever put together outside of a PBJ.
But the customer service buh/loo my mind. My son broke a piece of railing off my brand new bed. Grr. Customer service reviewed the case, said it was under warranty, and assured Id get a replacement part. there was a fluctuation in stock over a couple of months but I received updates at every point. Finally, after the 4th update, they sent a replacement BED! The whole thing!! To keep me happy. It worked. You dont find a company that cares like this anymore. very reasonably priced as well.
