I received my bike yesterday and spent more time that what I thought I would, putting it together. I couldve used a larger screw for the headlight and the fender or a little bit more detailed instructions. Other than that step, things went smooth. I already knew I would need a more comfortable seat so I ordered a C9 ahead and replaced it. I love the look of the bike and today was ready to take it for a spin when I noticed the inverted logo on the right side of the frame. I was already mildly disappointed because of the chipped screws of the stem, as seen in one of the pics, but I was willing to fix it with some paint. What I couldnt believe is that no one in the production chain noticed the mistake in the logo or cared enough to reject the piece and sent it back to paint it correctly. Now I am very disappointed because the bike is fully unpacked and assembled as to send it back.
UPDATE: I added 1 star to my review due to the promptness of their customer service to reach back. The only option offered was to get a refund, though. I replied that I will keep the bike with the cosmetic defect it has because it would be too much of a hassle to send it back just because of that. If it comes to a mechanical defect, I undoubtedly will send it back. I will probably end up placing a sticker over the logo on both sides.smh
