I LOVE everything about this swivel chair,the overall quality of craftsmanship, speed of delivery, the packaging, no need to assemble a thing, the color and quality of fabric, and yes of course the comfort out of the box! It fits perfectly in my new sunroom. Note: I also purchased the matching sofa in the same fabric and the quality of manufacturing is identical. However, the sofa is not as soft and comfortable in seating as the swivel chair. I bought a couple of throw pillows and a foot rest to use while the sofa is broken in and it does improve the comfort.
