I am very satisfied with the settee and have no actual complaints. While it is very firm, I think its more comfortable than other reviews might lead people to believe. I may buy another one soon. The sellers customer service is excellent and I will happily do business with them again. FedEx delivered to the wrong address and seller shipped a replacement the Monday after I informed them. Buyers should be aware that the instructions do not perfectly match the product. However, assembly isnt complicated and it wont be difficult for you to figure out. SO happy!
