The trampoline arrived on time, on the way to my house however the box got slightly damaged and few items went missing because of it. Contacted the seller about missing items, they responded promptly and sent me everything I needed immediately. Few days later I had everything I needed and my trampoline is now standing and my kids can get enough of it. Five star, very much recommend.
