We ordered a 12ft trampoline from about a year and a half ago. Our kids (and the neighborhood) did a real number on the outside netting. We contacted and were able to easily order a replacement net. However, we didnt take it out of the box for nearly 6 months and when we did, we discovered it was 14ft. We contacted and no questions asked, they were ready to send us a replacement. They learned that the size we needed was out of stock and offered us a BRAND NEW TRAMPOLINE instead. We couldnt believe it. Yes, we have to go through the tear down and set up again, but they could have easily just said oh well and left us to figure out replacing the net with a generic one. Quality customer service is precious, and unfortunately rare, so we are very grateful for s efforts.
