Update: I added two stars just because their customer service is excellent. They promptly contacted me and rectified the situation.
This was very cheaply made. Not worth the money at all. The wood split when we put the screw in with the allen key, there were no holes to screw the slats into, and the slats split when we put the mattress on it. Were taking it down because we are not comfortable letting our daughter sleep on it. SO DISAPPOINTED!! I was actually pretty disappointed.
