Ive had it about a month and so far so good. it is comfortable enough without being so comfortable you want to take a nap. My only complaint would be that it is a little difficult to rock back and forth even at the lowest tension setting. This wasnt important to me but if youre someone who likes your office chair to rock this probably isnt the chair for you.
