The first one I ordered the quality was far better than the second. The first chair sold me period so I ordered another. I did not like it is quality as much, so I ordered one from Wayfair and the quality is not as good as the first one. The chair I ordered second and thirds does not recline easily. The spring mechanism is too tight. The chair does not lower as low as the first chair I bought. And the stitching is not as tidy as the first chair. There is also less padding.
For the price I paid I expect the quality I recieved the first time ordering.
