If customer service comes through, will be a five star, but a four for now
I received the chair in a timely manner and it was really easy to assemble. However, as you can see by the picture, I could not insert one of the castors completely into the base. If customer service comes through and sends me a new base and castors, I will change this to a five.
I do love the chair, it is bottom pad is very comfortable, the lumbar really helps my back and you can adjust the arms and head rest up and down to accommodate your individual height and preferences. You can even adjust how far apart the arm rests are. I am six three and find this to work very well for me. The chair feels very sturdy and well built. As I said, if customer service comes through, I will change my rating to a five.
