Bought this for my daughter for her birthday last week to use while she is working from home. Was fairly easy to assemble though included assembly manual wasnt that great. Watched the YouTube video prior to assembly and that was more helpful. Daughter likes the chair so far and commented she really likes the head and lumbar support from the chair after a few days of use. Delivered on time and intact with no damage or missing parts. Pleased with this chair so far.
