Lumbar support failed already after less than a week.
First I want to say the the shipping was awesome and I received my order a week or two before the estimated arrival. the assembly was fairly easy with tools all provided by them. My problem now is after 3 days the lumbar support failed already. I adjusted my lumbar support to the max and it was ok then I tried to lean and the lumbar support snaps and failed. I tried readjusting it and the knob is just turning loosely without adjusting the lumbar.
UPDATE: contacted support and they agree to send me a new part. Very easy to talk to!! Ill upfate this again in a few days/weeks with the new lumbar.
