I am impressed with the materials used for this chair. I feels heavy duty that will last long, unlike others that use cheap plastic materials. Seat cushion is a little stiffer that what I prefer, but good seat depth and adjustable lumbar support. The lumbar adjustment knob is located in the back of the chair, which is difficult to access when trying to find the ideal adjustment.
