While the chaise lounge can technically be used as a sleeper sofa chair, I wouldn't recommend it for extended periods of time. It's not as comfortable as a dedicated sleeper sofa, and the armless design makes it difficult to get in and out of. I wish the advertising had been more transparent about this limitation.
