We ordered a new product, but received an item that looked like it was returned and repackaged. It had poor finish and yellow stains on the white paint, Also noticed scuff marks on the metal at the joints where screws go. Seems like its caused by a prior attempt to assemble the product, it is not a manufacturing defect. I had to keep the item to avoid the hassle of the return of such bulky product. It was functional after all, but the condition was not as described . Could've bought the used item for much less, but I wanted new and recieved one with some millage on it.
