First box came without any hardware/tools. I was told they cant just sent me the tools, I had to return the chair and get another one. So UPS picked up the old chair and I did get a new one, just not the one I ordered. I kept it because I didnt want to bother with it any more. It was mostly easy to put together other than some trickiness getting the back on with the arm rests (the one I was sent has arm rests). It seems to be sturdy enough. If not for the mix-ups I would have given it 5 stars.
