This chair is as pictured. It is larger than most stylish office chairs, so its really good for average to larger sized people. The cushion was a bit firmer than I would prefer, but it seems to be softening after a week of use. I wish it had a little more lumbar support, but after trying several stylish desk chairs, I have discovered that is not often a consideration in their design. I tried four different chairs of similar style and I am keeping this one if that says anything.
