The chair came quickly and was easy to put together. I did it myself in about 20 minutes. It seems to roll well. The only thing I dont like about it is the seat is very stiff. The back is comfortable, but the seat is like sitting on cardboard. Im hoping it gets softer over time. The product I received came in a box, with brochures inside, though it does say made in China (isnt everything?) and I like that it didnt have additional flame retardants applied to the fabric. I recommend for a stylish alternative to a typical office chair.
