In fact, I had high expectations for this suitcase, but the quality was far below my expectations. The hard shell material feels thin and fragile, with obvious surface defects. Considering the cost I have paid, I am disappointed with the entire suitcase. It doesn't inspire my confidence in its durability for long-term use.
