I had been postponing buying some barstool for the price .. But these bar stools are the best bang for the buck We put it near the kitchen breakfast nook and both my kids are eager to eat their breakfast regularly. That part alone is the worth the money for me. The build is solid and was very easy to put them together. Only caveat I noticed was the the black patch under the seat was stapled on to the seat rather than stitched. But that is not visible normally
