Ive had this fireplace for two winters and it warmed up my bedroom very nicely. It is also quiet which doesnt lead to turning up the tv volume or if you just want peace and quiet. I know there is shipping issues that leads to a damaged product but mine was in no way damaged. Overall Im very happy with the product!
