Bought this in 2018 for my new home and I loved how cozy it made my family room feel. After the first winter, the light stopped working, heater still works. I contacted the company and bought a replacement bulb since not the average type you can purchase from Lowes and when I tried to install we noticed it was different from what was originally installed. Customer service said they cant sell the one needed and they are told to send the one I received even though wrong replacement. He suggested to purchase a replacement unit for $60. After 1 season this shouldnt have happened. Disappointed.
Light bulbs cant be replaced if burn out
