When it arrived the box was tore on all sides. I was concerned about the item inside. Happily, the massive amounts of styrofoam protected it well.
The instructions were very easy to read. It does have a lot of assembly; Although it took me 3 hours by myself.
It is beautiful! My living room always stays cold. When the heat is turned on, it really warms the place.
