I was a little scared reading some of the reviews. All my parts came In the box. Nothing was scratch and all the screws fit perfect. I am very pleased and cant wait for some cold weather to use the fire place. My one negative is that the fire place doesnt have a remote, but other then that I am very pleased with this purchase.
Takes about 2 hours to put together
