I purchased 3 of these units. They are sturdy and well-constructed, however there are two shortcomings. On all 3 units the front door doesnt say closed. A magnetic latch would fix the problem. On 2 of the 3 units the USB ports have stopped working. This is a significant problem and Im debating with myself about doing an exchange. It would be a hassle, especially if its going to fail again. I may try contacting the seller to see if just the power box can be replaced.
UPDATE: After a very successful chat with support (right here through ) I was able to get replacement power units that arrived within 3 days. Well see how long they last.
