First of all I liked it so much I bought a second one the next day. Small glitch was lack of instructions. Thought the shelf was missing. Called the company and told me to search for the model number on the bottom. Thats when I found the shelf secured with straps. Bought to minimize footprint in room. Very well made. Also note, delivery both times was very early in the morning, 0630. No sure if its just my area but very quick delivery.
