Got a $154 delivery bill from FedEx!!!! Tedious to assemble, need replacement parts

WTF???? Overall its a really neve need and Im glad I bought it. It took a while to assemble. The struts that assist in lifting the need are defective, so in going to have to call and find out how the customer service is. Ill keep you updated
