I was very satisfied with this items sturdiness, it has been a few months and it is not showing signs of wear or tear. The color goes with our room seamlessly. It makes annoying creaking noises if all the parts havent been completely tightened, and the instructions are hard to follow in some parts, causing me to take apart what I am doing and reassemble it. The bunk bed came with part that were missing or broken, but the company sent replacement parts very quickly (if you have to do this remember to have the lot number and item number on hand.
All things considered, the product could be better, but it hold true enough not to be returned. For being under $200 Id give this 4 stars.
