Ok so with this bunk bed the only problems we have with it is theres no space after the ladder to pass through to get on the bed. Once youve reached the top of the ladder you then have to lift your leg over the bed siding to get on the bed. The ladder bars to climb are round instead of flat so it hurts your feet going up. As far as putting it together out the box thats very heavy btw was pretty easy. The bed does wobble back and worth once someone it up there moving around but thats to be expected. Uhmmm other than that it works for us for now but I wouldnt recommend it to anyone else because of the ladder bars hurting the feet and having no entry to get on the bed. We couldnt add the other side rails because thats how she gets on and off the bed since theres no ladder entry. I dont like that she had to step on the other bed to pull herself up to her bed because whatevers on feet gets on the other beds blankets which is gross and unfair to her sister.
