I wanted to give an honest review of this product, right out of the gatebecause Ive read some mixed reviews. Here are my thoughts:
1. The product comes in two heavy packages. promises 2/3 day delivery, even with primewe waited 12 days for this to arrive. Santa wasnt able to fit the bed on his sleigh
2. As said in previous reviews, some of the parts are not labeled. But honestly we did not find it difficult to group and deliminate which pieces were which. The diagrams on the instruction manual could be more descriptive and one or two of the steps within the process didnt line up with what we had on hand, or what we were looking at on the piece of furniture itself. This was frustrating.
3. The height of the bed is interesting. I am 53 and I feel like this bed should be taller. It could definitely use some more space on the bottom bunk. We will have to get a different matteress as our 3 year old grows. She doesnt even have room to sit up without hitting her head. (Granted we have a standard pillow top twin in there now, and will trade it for a 6 inch plain Jane mattress soon.)
4. You get what you pay for. For 200 you cant expect a superior quality piece of furniture. It creaks and jiggles, but overall its a good buy!
So far, so good!
