We bought the cognac color and it looks amazing. Quality is excellent, though not leather. Assembly is easy if you follow the instructions and make sure you are using the correct parts at each step. Chair has good support when I am working at my desk and yet allows me to lean back as needed. The seat does not have a lot of cushion, which I dont mind. Arms are detachable. If you have reasonable expectations and actually read instructions before you assemble, you will love this chair. Cant find a better chair for the price. If you require lots of cushion and perfect ergonomic support then you need to spend a lot more money and buy a different chair.
