Honestly, I only write reviews when its a good product, but this chair is so terrible I feel obligated to warn people.
First of all, 2 of the holes for the screws were partially stripped (visible). Any attempt at getting a screw in there basically chewed up the screw. We ended up using a smaller size screw and industrial adhesive to secure those two spots.
Next, the reclining/tilt feature, even with the spring loosened to the max, doesnt respond to normal leaning, and you have to get your feet up on a surface to get it to lean back. Im 6 feet tall. Its not a small person issue.
If you have any sort of orthopedic issues in your lower back/hips/pelvis in general, this chair will guarantee you serious pain after 10 minutes.
There is virtually no cushioning, its really hard. The pleather also makes a ton of noise, so if you want to illicit some weird faces in a zoom meeting because it sounds like a running stream of flatulence, this is a winner.
