Reviews are likely deceptive as while chair looks good but fails in just about just 3 weeks as the area where one sits flattens and provides no support. I had to purchase additional support
I bought this as I have to sit long hours for studying and for zoom calls and so wanted to an ergonomic chair. I researched extensively on and found this to have really high ratings. It also looked nice.
At first it was fine but just about 3 week mark the problem started to appear. I was extremely busy with studies so could not report the issue right away. Also one thinks that maybe the problem is something else.
So when I contacted the seller in about 35 days, they first asked to send pictures, then behaved in an non professional way, beginning with refusing to help because the flattening is not visible in the photograph, then offering ten dollar discount because business is bad due to covid! This was very strange and fraudulent.
Aside, assembling the chair was not difficult, it took around 30-45 minutes to follow the steps provided in a booklet. All the screws and everything was there.
