Previously I had purchased 2 of these chairs. One worked great and the other had a squeaky issue which was unbearable. I contacted the seller and the seller provided parts to me for free. I reinstalled the parts on the squeaky chair and now there are no issues. Thanks to the sellers prompt after-sales support.
